Well, make sure you have a portal type (I think it's usually called
EventDoc), and that it's marked as an allowed content type for the
Workspace and Section type. Then check that EventDoc has to have a
workflow associated in .cps_workflow_configuration of the workspaces and
sections.
That should be all you need to create Event Documents.
