No, that's just an on-off setting.
I don't remember the details, but I thinnk that if you have the Attendee
Manager role on a calendar, the event you create will be automatically
set to accepted. So in this case, everybody that you want to be able to
book a resource, should have the Attendee Manager role on the resource
calendar.

Like creating a room -> an interfaced version of s.createRoom('room1', 'Room 1')
