There isn't actually any CPS books, so I think you are out of luck in
that department. The documentation in the source and on
cps-project.org is, as far as I'm aware, all there is specific to CPS.
Otherwise it's generic Zope books, and as you say, quite a lot in the
Plone books are valid for CPS as well.
