750 MB is pretty big. Did you run a pack on the database? Records
in the ZODB are not deleted until the database is packed.

Hi,
I created a new CPS server by copying the products of an existing
server. I copied the Data.fs file also.
I want this site to be completely different from the first one. So
I deleted the sections, workspaces of the old site but the Data.fs
file is still quite big – (>750 MB) Is this normal?
I want to have a clean start for the second server, so is what I
have done enough, or I have another idea in fact: I am planning to
erase the Data.fs file and also all the other files in the var
directory, but I cannot be sure that these files will be created
automatically after the next startup.
Additionally I want to learn the limits of Data.fs file. Our
Data.fs file on the first server is more than 1 GB. (1.160 MB)
Can anyone has ideas on these? I would appreciate any help on this…
