We are glad to announce the first release of the 3.5 series of CPS.
Thanks a lot for this new version of CPS!
Well, thanks for the report!
I gave a try to CPS 3.5.0 but:
1. I had trouble with lxml: my linux box doesn't provide lxml with
python2.4 so I had to install it by hand. Latest 2.2.4 version wasn't
compatible with CPSBlog
so I installed 2.1.1 version (see
http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/ticket/2058).
Sorry if I implied that CPSBlog can't run on lxml 2.2.x
Actually, the unit tests do pass on lxml 2.2.2 . I can't say much
more, since I don't use it personally, but some people do (on 2.1.1)
What distribution are you on, by the way ?
It could be great to
mention not only Zope version required (see
http://www.cps-project.org/sections/downloads) but all required
softwares (with relevant versions).
Yes, it seems I forgot to mention it.
2. I've got an error when try to go to "Private Space" (well, "Esapce
privé" in French):
Traceback (innermost last):
I've been able to reproduce it: http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/ticket/2097
and it seems that furthermore all pages are broken.
Can you confirm that you got it in the same kind of context ?
This looks bad, but there's a simple workaround: import the
CPSComment profile again (from portal_setup, 'profiles' tab in ZMI)
Cheers,
