One of the "reviewers" on the site said this:

That's considered an oxymoron because it's not "one-time"
if it can be generated.

It sounds like the auto-key-exchange is the seeding of
a pseudo-random number generator (PNG).

It also sounds like they simply made their own EGD.
(Entropy Gathering Daemon).
