Great.
1. Remove any and all 'legal protections' from all government
and civil employees with respect to cases of legal action
or 'personal' responsibility. Equality under the law should
be an Amendment.
2. Legalize drugs. Make it illegal to distribute to minors in
any way. If this is so serious make the result of a conviction
something like 20 years. Prohibition laws should be
unconstitutional by amendment, they violate any 'reasonable'
interpretation of '...no law...religion...'.
3. Remove any and all current federal gun laws and regulations,
including those on rocketry and other hobby uses of explosives.
The 2nd needs to receive an extension by Amendment that prohibits
future regulatory laws.
4. Remove all laws respecting speech, press, or religion; excepting
libel. The 1st should receive an extension by Amendment.
5. Repeal the 16th Amendment, it is unethical and beneath the
American Democratic Experiment.
6. Recognize the intended level of authority with respect to courts
and the Supreme Court in particular. In particular, demand in
cases of dispute over interpretation of intent or law the most
'unregulated' mechanism, a mechanism that is acceptable to at
least 3/4 of the representatives. This should be by Amendment.
7. Recognize the rights of all citizens to participate in the
jury process. Limit all qualification questions to only those
sufficient to determine bias with respect to guilt or innocence.
Questions of personal 'belief' such as about death penalties,
and abortion, or such 'opinionated' beliefs (in no way can they
be interpreted as a 'fact') should be strictly prohibited.
Again by Amendment.
8. Eliminate the death penalty. An Amendment prohibiting any future
laws respecting 'life' should be implimented.
9. Recognize that 'personal' in the 4th Amendment is equivalent in
ALL cases with 'private'. Extension by Amendment.
10. Recognize that 'the rights of the people' are the rights of the
individual. The 9th should receive such an extension by Amendment.
11. Recognize that ultimately the only person fit to decide with
respect to abortion is the mother and her doctor. This should
be a new Amendment.
12. An Amendment allowing parents to abandon children at hospitals
with no legal consequences, and also recognizes the children
as the ward of the state, should be added.
I'd consider UNITY under at least those conditions. Not one whit less.
