#
# DALLAS (AP) -- The FBI has asked retailer Target Corp. to stop
# selling T-shirts that agents say puts them in danger.
#
# Dallas television station KTVT reported Wednesday the FBI recently
# asked the retailer to remove the shirts.
#
# ``Based on the concerns made by the FBI, we have made the decision
# to discontinue carrying the FBI T-shirts,'' said Kristin Jahnke,
# a spokeswoman for Minneapolis-based Target. The blue and yellow
# T-shirts have ``F-B-I'' on the front and back, which agents
# complain is very similar to the shirts they sometimes wear.
#
# The shirts are part of an apparel line that also copies uniforms
# worn by security guards and jail inmates.
#
# FBI spokeswoman Lori Bailey said Target, which has more than
# 970 stores across the United States, is the largest retailer
# known to sell the T-shirts.
