Hello

I'm writing because I notice on Google a message I sent to this address is
now posted in some directory that results in that message coming up when
my name is searched on 
Google. Is there any way to undo this?

I would by the way like to hear how I could to communicate to old friends
of cj's (he's still in jail). Suggestions?
