Just about - though toad.com is *not* the best place by a long chalk to
see cypherpunks traffic. cyberpass.net, ssz.com, or lne.com might be a
better idea. lne.com filters some potential spam I believe.

Yes, loads of them. I think one of them is even called the crypto list.
You can probably find how to get to them with the usual search engines.
Lots of people have web pages full of pointers to stuff about crypto. If
you were to use your favourite search engine to try to find the web
sites of - just off the top of my head and in alphabetical order - say,
Ross Anderson, Adam Back, Matt Blaze, Ian Brown, Vince Cate, Peter
Gutmann, Marcus Kuhn, Ron Rivest or Bruce Schneier - or some of the
regular contributors to this list - then you would find more material
about crypto than you are ever likely to want.
