"The Cult of the Dead Cow is set to release
a new Web browser called Peekabooty
which should be able to circumvent just
about any type of Web security or
censorship restrictions in effect right now,"
tzaddikim informs us. "The browser uses the
peer-to-peer paradigm: Every computer
using the software acts as both a client and
a server. When you request a Web page,
the information may come from the
originating server, or it may come from
another Peekabooty user, so you can't keep
someone else from viewing a Web site by
blocking access to a specific Web address."
