It was published in the UK, and presumedly the editors of the paper
imposed their own notions of correct spelling when printing it.
It was brought to my attention after I posted, that parts of the second
section on the Feds thinking they were above the law, were actually
McVeigh quoting a Soldier of Fortune Magazine article. I believe the
first section, on the justification for the bombing, to be entirely
McVeigh's own words.
