It's possible to not 'recklessly avoid arrest'? Harde har har. More lawyer
spin doctor bullshit. Avoiding arrest is the act they are engaging in.
Charging them with other 'stuff' is just a crap assed reason to throw them
away for longer than they should. It isn't 'justice' it's running up a
score for those lucrative after-public-service job offers.
