Yes, a good article.

I count on you, Declan, to pass along to us the URLs worth reading 
that Choate sends us. (I filter his stuff into my Trash folder and 
only look at a sampling, if I'm bored or curious.)

Choate can send us the union of everything he finds on Slash Dot, 
American Physical Society, Tesla Institute, Plan Nine International 
Congress, etc.,...then you can filter it down to a more management 
dozen or so URLs per day.

However, Robin Miller's article has been found to violate the laws of 
Uganda. As Uganda and the U.S. are signatories to the New Hague 
Convention, Slash Dot has been ordered by a judge in Maryland to 
remove the article immediately.

In the New World Order, treaties trump the Constitution.
