Could anyone provide the information conerning changes that has taken
place regarding filling up of suvey questionnaire before signing of GOPA.
Is the report to be compiled and how many such questionnaires need to be filled
up from the community.
Who is the concerned authority where this report is to be send to in the MIB.Is
this report prerequiste for signing of GOPA.
Seek assistance in this concern.
