Most of the CR stations in Delhi use the same frequency -- 90.4 MHz. These include Delhi University, Jamia Radio, JIMS Radio, IMS Noida etc. (IIMC and JIMS Radio - the other one - use 96.9 MHz). Your autorickshaw drivers could pick up the same channel while driving across Delhi, and possibly the same programme, if you broadcast them simultaneously over all these stations. (Well, it is not quite as simple as that, but we can discuss the complications later). Suggestion of Satish to hire slots in AIR FM Rainbow sounds good.
