Hello Dr. Richie and all, Thanks for sharing the audio file. Sound quality is good but could have been better if the microphone was closer to mouth. The interviewer's sound level was not the same as interviewee. One may have best studio set up but improper recording techniques can lead to bad audio.
Considering that it is community radio, the disturbance level is acceptable and as it is 'intermittent' and listener can very well understand the content that is the test broadcast. I would beg to differ that the disturbance is due to invasion of other broadcast from AIR or FM. If that would have been the case, AIR and FM would completely mask your programs on freq alloted to you (may be true but only on chinese make very small pocket radio's. But as you said your are able to recve broadcast on some radio sets. You can check this out by testing when FM broadcast by AIR ceases usually after 11:15 p.m. If the invasion you are refering to is from non commerical broadcast sources, then your team need to identify and locate the source which I am sure your team will be able to do.
