This is NLIU, Bhopal, MP, and for the benefit of the university, I want to set up a radio. The range required is 500 mts, for music and voice transmission. HAM radio does not allow this, and considering this is a law university, I do not want to set up a pirate station. Hence, isn't there a legal option of doing this? And also, I have absolutely no technical know-how, and the article about setting up a pirate station really helped. Please, help me out.
