PTI reports that Jammu University is to have a CR station soon, a decision
taken by the Council of Jammu University last week.

This is rather interesting, because Jammu University was among the earliest
applicants for a CR license, way back in 2003-04, if I am not mistaken.
Their application was turned
down<http://mib.nic.in/writereaddata/html_en_files/crs/Listofrejectedapplications.pdf>
then,
no reasons given. Maybe they will have better luck this time.
