Fantastic milestone indeed! I remember a trip to Nakhatrana in 1998 with Preeti, Amad, Ibrahim and rest of the Radio Ujjas team. We stopped for chai and were continuing our discussion on the CR policy that we were all trying to push. The team could not fathom why the government would deny its citizens the right to own and operate their own radio stations. It has been a long and fruitful and enriching journey for me to be part of this wonderful people in KMVS.
