The fact that many campus stations are already in tow to the government for
manifold issues that have nothing to do with radio or community will, sadly,
play a role in their decision to pay the hiked fee or not. It would be naked
extortion, but nudity is also probably among the many subjects that will not
find a hearing on CR, with Big Brother breathing down their necks.
