Thanks for this.
I was a bit startled to see that 445 have been rejected.
Wonder if the CRF should file a RTI to find out what have been the reasons
for these 445 rejections.
Since the spectrum fee waiver has not come about, I wouldn't be surprised
to many applicants withdrawing from the process or giving up altogether.
