Dear All:
As you may know Ideosync Media Combine has been working with several CR
stations on trainings and capacity building. As part of our work, we have
developed a Self Evaluation guide that stations can use to evaluate their
ongoing work. The guide has been tested and used in a couple of stations with
interesting feedback and we have worked on revising the same. This is a revised
version for all stations. The guide will also be available in the resources
section of Community Media Manch (www.manch.net.in)
The Self Evaluation guide is built on the principle that every station knows
its own realities best. The areas of exploration and questions are qualitative
and are designed so that CR station team members use this guide to think and
reflect about their work and ideate on how to improve in order to make their
station more community driven, participatory and responsive to the needs of
their local communities and become sustainable over a period of time.
