Don't bother user with unlocking of a secret collection if the secret
collection doesn't contain required configuration.
xorg.freedesktop.Secret.Collection.SearchItem() fn can be called even with
locked collection. It will break KSecrets because KSecrets doesn't support
item look up in locked collection yet (KSecrets developer knows about it).
