This information in Systemtap is identical to CrashdumpRecipe,
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/CrashdumpRecipe. Both pages point to
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/l/linux/ but it does not contain any package
for 3.5.0-* or 3.8.0-* kernel.

Eugene

Take a look at the advice for using Systemtap with Ubuntu (the
debuginfo requirements are the same):

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Systemtap
