1) He was not a dictator. He was elected. He leads the biggest political
party in the Balkans. It is his op\ponent who just had a coup and he who did
NOT put it down with force - though he could have because the interior police
are with him.
2) He (that is the Yugoslav government) has not committed genocide. That now
is even admitted by the ICTY.
3) Since there is NO evidence that Milosevich is a dictator or that he (that
is the Yugoslav government) organized genocide there are two possibilities.
One is that you are lying - that is, you know what you're saying is untrue
but you say it anyway. In that case, you are a knave. Second possibility,
you are ignorant. You don't know much, you repeat what you read in the
papers - and do it to a list that includes people who have a real political
base. In that case you are not simply politically childish, but really
irresponsible.
