I was embarrassed by having mis-posted an item to this list, which was obvious from my immediate apology. Your inconscionable rudeness in replying will, I'm sure, cause you no discomfiture; louts like you lack sufficient sensitivity and consideration to be embarrassed, even when displaying the most maladroit and ill-mannered boorishness. My usage of "immortality" in the context of "facing one's immortality" was a correct and explicit usage among my friends, to whom that note was intended. Before we are born, we face mortality---the state we are experiencing now. Before we die, we face immortality. You don't get that, do you? Feel free to add that to the long and increasingly lengthening list of things you do not understand.
