I'm currently preparing an analysis of free trade implementation and I 'm looking for information about the NAFTA Treaty, most particularly the Pre-treaty which was signed in 1993 between Canada, USA and Mexico. What I'm very especifically looking for is a special clause which allowed any one of the three countries to automatically invalidate the NAFTA treaty in case of a civil war declared in anyone of the country before December 31, 1993 at midnight. Is anyone informed about that specific clause?
