By my experience I have "determined" -- that is, I hold--that from about 25 to 33
1/3% of White Americans are nonracist and about 70% Black people are nonwarped by
cultural nationalism or whatever you may wish to call it--but let's just say
pretty free of sentiment or presentiment that would make fairminded alliance
difficult.
So that's something to work with.
Of course these numbers may vary in the rearview mirror.
