I am about to embark on a series of articles dealing with deregulation. It
will start with a gob of spit in the face of Daniel Yergin's "Commanding
Heights" and then move on to an examination of transportation, power
utilities and water, concluding with thoughts on the relation of all this
to basic Marxist economic theory and revolutionary politics. Stay tuned.
