No. One can tie rising organic composition with depletion but depletion happens 
whenever the non-renewable resource is used. So overaccumulation doesn't matter. 
Maybe the rate of depletion is tied to over-accumulation.
Over-accumulation comes into play to explain the effects of the unavoidable 
depletion.
