The Malcolm X discussion forum is collaborating on a project of the
Africana Studies Program at the University of Toledo.

Together, we are formally announcing this collaboration and want to
encourage all persons to fully participate as your time permits.

This new project begins next Monday, February 5, 2001.

We are resurrecting the 1990 conference Malcolm X: "Radical Tradition
and
Legacy of Struggle." Weekly we will post the audio speeches from
various
sessions on the Web. There are 24 sessions; therefore, the complete
process is expected to take six months.

For the specific program topics and speakers who attended the conference
go to: <http://www.brothermalcolm.net/workshop.html>

The Malcolm X discussion forum will serve as the official worldwide
on-line discussion option for everyone who becomes a member this
exciting
collaboration. For information about subscribing to the Malcolm X
discussion forum send and e-mail message to:

<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or see:

<http://www.code1.com/cybercolonies/malcolm/index.htm>

We will upload one audio session per week, and then discuss the content
of
that session.

will attract, we strongly suggest reading the following five texts:
