The places you changed all deal with damage.  Using has_claws() greatly
increases damage, something that is hard to undo, and felids are already
quite powerful.  The claws are needed for other purposes (messages,
damage type).

Improving dragon form, even by that big of a factor, isn't a bad idea,
though.

Should I hard-code undoing this increased damage, or perhaps all other
uses for claws, instead?
