Since David is on a break, I've started a new

0.9. It's incomplete, it's missing things like holy monsters or
individual spell tweaking so feel free to add stuff as needed. We have only
2 months, so some things will be left behind.
I have simply named the page planning instead of 0.9 planning. That way,
when we release it, we can remove all things which have be done and easily
start the new planning with the things that haven't been done and the ones
from "future version".
