Sure. But it depends on what needs to be done. I like raw support for my 
users: for myself it's useless since I don't own a camera that supports Raw. 
And Krita is a pretty big application these days, so my time is limited.  But 
any concrete "shall we decide on using this common bit of functionality" or 
"can you help with this" will be favourably considered. Especially if the 
common bit of functionality is shared through a library instead of code 
copying.

I would also like to discuss ways of integrating Digikam and Krita better, so 
it becomes easier to create a nice workflow, or reuse plugins. Unfortunately, 
Digikam decided to build their own 16 bit image library, which means that the 
latter is unlikely to be possible.
