Solving the money issue will result in having a secure server which in turn will help manage more elegantly the personal data we need to gather to process the reimbursements. I am all for it! As for the preferred tools, I leave that up to you guys. This is out of my field of competence! :-) Louis p.s. Suggestion for the Create Mailing List set-up. The "reply-to" should be the Create list and not the sender of the message. Is that possible? If you don’t hit "reply to all" you end-up talking to the sender only and then you realize this and then you send your message again...
