Eh ... you already had my blessing > to be honest: the current version was too long and IMO only insiders can > really make sens of it. I'm not sure what you mean by insiders and outsiders here ;-) but yes it has grown long! > I don't have much time - here is a rough butcher work (not as bloody as > the manicure I got from a table saw earlier this week when I tried to be > 3D-creative with wood rather than with Blender). I like it more fast-paced as well; Jon / Nat -- what do you think? > IMO it should fit on a single A4/Letter sheet when using Bitstream Vera > Sans 12, and it should be understandable to non-geeks. To draw in typographers we might need quite another text and something else than Bitstream Vera ;-) but I think at this point it is about announcing date and place and targeting a general tech-conference audience so the shorter, the better? a.l.e + Louis + Constant will work on the LGM-site soon (planned to go public in August); from than on it might be easier to communicate depth and breadth of the event. The kinds of audiences I am connected to, do not expect communication earlier than 6 months in advance plus really a site needs to be up so I rely on you all to decide on the tone/length of this release. Let me know when we're at a final version and I will re-re-sync Dutch and French a.s.a.p.!
