Hi, This is a question for Leonard, I guess. But since I'd like to see a public reply, I'm posting to CREATE.
I'm reading http://www.adobe.com/devnet/indesign/sdk/eula_cs4.html right now, specifically "6. OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE." section which states: "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, You are not licensed to (and You agree that You will not) integrate or use this SDK with any Open Source Software or otherwise take any action that could require disclosure, distribution, or licensing of all or any part of the SDK in source code form, for the purpose of making derivative works, or at no charge." Does it cover .indd file format specification if there is one inside the SDK? The use case I'm talking about is implementing an open source plug-in for an open source software that would open/save .indd files.
