though VGA? or we are only allowed to plug a pendrive with a PDF file?
There's a projector, a sound-system (PA / microphones / technician) and
you can connect your own laptop through VGA.
For short talks, we prefer to work from a single computer (it will be
hard enough to keep to the tight schedule). But if really needed, you
can use your own machine.
How big is the talk room? there is no pics in the Pianofabriek website.
We will need to speak loud?
loud and clear :-)
There will be someone recording videos?
Yes, Kaveh takes care of that -- see Dave
And outside of the talks, there will be some kind of ID cards? Is hard
to remember 20 names in just a minutes.
