Does anyone (either in Brussels or who has traveled there recently) have good leads on reliable prepaid SIM offers? I know that's the sort of thing that often changes several times a year, so for those of us coming in from outside the immediate region with a GSM phone in tow, what's available right now is the tricky part.... Particularly as it includes data, where the fees can be all over the map....
