etherpad has been bought by google, & as far as i can see any previous
etherpads i've had have now disappeared : (
however there is piratepad which seems to be pretty much identical:

gobby looks good too altho it looks like you need to install it on your
own server rather than use a free (& disappearable) one like piratepad.
