Another point worth sharing in the chapter of *Open Source gets there first*: http://panospace.wordpress.com/2010/09/19/linear-panoramas-mosaic-tutorial/ AFAIK so far all the nice linear street panoramas (sorry, can't find the links, there was one artists in SF IIRC who did some marvellous ones a few years ago) where done with manual warping / masking in Photoshop. I'll be in Montreal October 8-10. A question to locals: if you had the opportunity to shoot one street this way, which one would you do, and why?
