This year there are a lot of pixel-editing related workshops (Krita, Synfig, GIMP), so we could not avoid overlaps but we'll try to locate related workshops/meetings in adjacent rooms so that it is easier to move between. If you are planning a team-meeting or BOF that is not yet on the schedule, can you let us know as soon as possible so we can announce it?
