update:
the situation is getting clearer.
I see I need to do the vision session with the
three folks I mentioned before:
> Nathan, Behdad (of course), Dave Crossland.
I will approach them in private to set up a video hangout for
the session. this will be public (viewing) and available later
as youtube video. we did it like that at Metapolator and it
worked really well.
