I can print the Trial Balance report only in the gtk. I use Chromium
for the web, but I do not get a Trial Balance output in web.
The Trial Balance (printed from gtk) does not include the balance
amount for accounts of the View type. The balance (debit - credit) is
only printed for detail accounts.
