Hello Gautam, According to your given scenario when so is created at that time task is created and picking is also created. when task is done the procurement order of the component's state change to done state and the sales order line stays in "waiting availability" because picking is not done yet. When picking is done for the procurement order of the sales order line state change in "done" state. For your more reference i have attach the video.

When I confirm the sales.order the task is created but when the task is done, the procurement order of the component's state changes to ready and the BOM product stays as waiting. The BOM is type "phantom / sets". When the task is done the procurement order of the service product should change to "done" and also the BOM product also.
