Would you please tell us which you have used for extra-addons.
Have you using a stable-5 's extra-addons..? because I am not able to find this 
module on stable-6 's extra-addons as well as trunk 's extra-addons.

Title:
  Training Module - Unable to add Product Line

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I installed Training Module & it is installed like charm.  But when I tried 
to add Product Line from
  Training->Configuration->Library->Categorization->Product Line
  Then it is not saving the product line and showing error "Invalid Form, 
Correct Red fields!"
  While in the form there is only one field that is mandatory which is name.
  Can you please advise on how to fix this.
