I just arrived here after hitting this bug on OpenERP trunk and seaching in Google. According to Quentin's comment, I understand that the "sequence" field should be removed. I think it would be good to do it in trunk because when you see this "sequence" field as readonly, you think "what's the point in having a sequence field readonly... it must be a bug !".
But the next question that comes to my mind is : what's the goal of the "Journal view" concept, if we can't reorder the lines ? Is it just to add and remove fields in the tree view ? In this case, you should test the current behavior in trunk : when you try to add a field, it will set the sequence as "0", and the field will appear as the first field in the tree view !
