I have checked your issue at my end. I think that functionality " save as
popup" was in old web-client
now new implemented web-client works as following manner
I have attached video for your reference,please go throw it
there are few accounting reports ,not working properly . for that bug report
is already posted, in following link

Error generating PDF account_financial_report

Bug description:
The PDF report is printed into the web page, does not appear to save as popup.
This error appear in generic reports for example (accounting report)
