Hello Kyle, My fix has not been merged into the server because it has a design flaw [1]. Olivier Dony applied a much simpler and better solution which ignore the deleted records. You should revert this patch and use the official code [2].
BTW, my patch, except the design flaw, should have worked, that's the second time that I see a bug report of you like this, do you have special modifications on your server which maybe alter the normal behavior ?
